Shipping & Returns

Making a purchase is simple and could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process your order.

We accept all major debit and credit cards. We do not hold your credit card details on file and all transactions take place via our SSL encrypted secure server.

All orders received will be shipped within two business days. If there is a delay we will contact you via email. Some items are shipped directly from our suppliers, this will not affect your delivery time.

Shipping charges are as shown on the checkout section, the price will vary depending on the weight of the products you wish to purchase.

All orders are subject to the standard VAT, currently 20%, and this is added to the order at the checkout stage. If you are in the EU and you have a registered VAT account, please contact us first. We cannot authorise VAT refunds once a order has been accepted.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Please do not return items unless you have contacted us first.
